Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
